Here are some helpful tips if you are experiencing issues with accessing the system.

Clearing Cache

 

How to Clear Cache in Chrome:

  1. Look for the three dots in the top-right corner of your browser and click on them.
  2. Scroll down and click on "Advanced."
  3. In the privacy and security section, find and click on "Clear Browsing Data."
  4. Choose the time range (we suggest "All Time").
  5. Check the box next to "Cached Images and Files."
  6. Click "Clear Data."

 

How to Clear Cache in Firefox:

  1. Open the Menu by clicking the button in the top-right corner.
  2. Select "Options."
  3. On the left, click on "Privacy and Security."
  4. Under "Cookies and Site Data," click "Clear Data."
  5. Ensure the box next to "Cached Web Content" is checked.
  6. Click "Clear."
  7. Finally, click "Clear Now."

 

How to Clear Cache in Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click on the Settings and more icon (three dots).
  2. Choose "Settings."
  3. Find and click on "Choose What to Clear" under Clear Browsing Data.
  4. Select the checkboxes for cached data and files.
  5. Click "Clear."

 

How to Clear Cache in Safari on a Mac:

  1. Open Safari and go to the menu bar.
  2. Click on "Safari."
  3. Select "Preferences."
  4. Navigate to the "Privacy" tab.
  5. Click on "Remove All Website Data" or, in newer versions, "Manage Website Data."
  6. Click "Remove Now."
  7. Switch to the "Advanced" tab.
  8. Check the box for "Show Develop Menu on menu bar."
  9. On the menu bar, click "Develop."
  10. Choose "Empty Caches."

 

How to Clear Cache in Safari on iPhone:

  1. Open your iPhone settings and tap "Settings."
  2. Scroll down and tap "Safari."
  3. Tap "Clear History and Website Data."
  4. Confirm by tapping "Clear History and Data."

 

How to Clear Cache in Chrome on Android Phone:

  1. Open your Chrome app and tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
  2. Tap "History."
  3. Select "Clear Browsing Data."
  4. Choose "All Time" for the time range.
  5. Ensure the checkbox for cached images and files is selected.
  6. Tap "Clear Data."
  7. For the changes to take effect, close your web browser completely, including any other tabs open on another screen.

 

In all cases, please close completely out of your web browser so that the changes may take effect. This includes any other tabs open on another screen.

Try Another Browser

It can be handy to have multiple browsers on your computer. If you encounter any issues, switching to a different browser might solve the problem.

Incognito Mode - Private Browsing

 

How to Open a Private Browsing Window in Chrome:

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + N to open a new incognito window.

 

How to Open a Private Browsing Window in Firefox:

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + P to open a new private browsing window.

 

How to Open a Private Browsing Window in Microsoft Edge:

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + N to open a new InPrivate window.

 

How to Open a Private Browsing Window in Safari on a Mac:

  1. Press Command + Shift + N to open a new private browsing window.

 

How to Open a Private Browsing in Safari on iPhone:

  1. Open Safari and tap the tabs icon in the lower-right corner.
  2. Tap "Private" at the bottom-left to switch to private browsing.

 

How to Open a Private Browsing in Chrome on Android Phone:

  1. Open Chrome and tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
  2. Select "New incognito tab" from the menu.

 

Switching Devices

If you're facing an issue, consider trying a different computer. This can help you figure out if the problem is related to your browser or computer. Simply switching devices might provide some clarity.

Restart Computer

If you're encountering issues, a simple restart can often work wonders. Give your computer a quick restart to see if it resolves the problem.
