The Church Property Resource Hub is being built in response to requests from synod and local church leaders for support navigating the challenges and opportunities that buildings and land represent for both congregational vitality and the wider mission of the Church. The team has begun developing the Church Property Resource Hub to address this need, but this project is incomplete without incorporating synod feedback and expertise.
Do you have questions about property development in your synod? Join us for a conversation with a church development expert to learn the basics of real estate development and how to be a resource to congregations interested in such an opportunity. This webinar is intended for synod staff who have a desire to increase their understanding of property development.
