Early-Bird Registration
Save money by registering your congregational group during the early-bird period! On Nov. 22, the rate will increase by $40, to $390 per person. To ensure that your group is locked into the early-bird rate, make sure your deposit has been paid and your participants are listed as “approved” in your congregation’s account.

Emcee Applications
Do you know a young person who would be good serving as an emcee for the 2022 Gathering? This cycle, we’re searching for emcees for both Mass Gathering and Voyage (a new program component to Interactive Learning). Applications are now open and will close Dec. 15. Encourage young people in your community to apply!

Servant Companion Applications
Next month, applications for our Servant Companion volunteer program will open. Young adults who will be 19-30 years old at the time of the Gathering are encouraged to apply. Servant Companions accompany congregational groups as they encounter and serve the people of Minneapolis during their Service Learning day.

Synod Day Webinar
Synod Day is one of the program rotation days during the Gathering when participants meet as a synod for worship, Bible study, learning and more. Join the Rev. Eric Carlson, team leader for Synod Day, on Nov. 18 at 7 p.m. Central time for a webinar on this program day and what the Synod Day team has planned for 2022.

 Looking for a way to promote the Gathering to your congregation? Consider showing clips from the 2018 Gathering that are archived on YouTube. Inviting young people who have already attended the Gathering to share their personal experience is another great way to promote this ministry. |
