What's the future of rostered ministry?

In March 2022 the Candidacy Leadership Development Working Group (CLDWG) was appointed to examine and improve the candidacy process that equips rostered ministers for service in the ELCA. More than 800 people contributed to listening sessions about the future of rostered ministry. All members of the ELCA are invited to attend a hearing at which the CLDWG will share its findings. Read an executive summary of the team's work and make plans to join one of the hearings on Zoom in June.
