Along with coffee, communion and potluck suppers, music constitutes a big part of community life in many Lutheran churches. Music not only brings us together for fellowship and common purpose in choirs, choral groups, praise bands and bell choirs, it also forms us in the faith by teaching us and inspiring us with poetry put to song.
